2.1. SelfieDoc Service / Service means the website and the software and hardware system located at https://selfiedoc.online/, intended for the automated preparation of photos for documents and the creation of final files.

2.2. User means an individual who uses the Website and/or the Service.

2.3. Advertising and informational messages means messages sent to the User for the purpose of informing the User about products, services, promotions, special offers, discounts, promo codes, updates, new features, reminders, repeat offers, and other materials related to the SelfieDoc Service.

2.4. Service and transactional messages means messages necessary for the use of the Service and the performance of the agreement with the User, including sign-in and access recovery links and notifications about an order, payment, readiness of the result, a download link, a refund, support responses, and other actions related to a specific order. Such messages are not considered advertising and may be sent regardless of this Consent.

3.1. The User gives the Operator consent to send advertising and informational messages related to the SelfieDoc Service.

3.2. Such messages may include:

3.2.1. information about promotions and discounts;

3.2.2. promo codes and special offers;

3.2.3. repeat offers to use the Service;

3.2.4. information about new plans, features, and capabilities;

3.2.5. selections of useful materials related to photos for documents;

3.2.6. notifications about seasonal and themed offers;

3.2.7. personalized offers generated on the basis of the history of use of the Service, unless this is prohibited by law and provided that the User has not withdrawn the relevant consent;

3.2.8. other informational and advertising materials of SelfieDoc.

3.3. This Consent is not mandatory. The User may choose not to give it, in which case the User retains the ability to use the Service, place orders, and receive paid services.

4.1. Advertising and informational messages may be sent to the User through the following communication channels:

4.1.1. email;

4.1.2. SMS;

4.1.3. phone calls;

4.1.4. Telegram;

4.1.5. push notifications, if such functionality becomes available;

4.1.6. messages in the personal account;

4.1.7. other communication channels specified by the User or available within the Service.

4.2. The specific channels for sending messages depend on the contact details provided by the User, the technical capabilities of the Service, and the User’s settings.

4.3. If the User has provided only an email address, messages may be sent by email. If the User has provided a phone number, messages may be sent by SMS, by phone, or through messengers, if this is technically available and not prohibited by law.

5.1. To send advertising and informational messages, the Operator may use the following personal data of the User:

5.1.4. order history;

5.1.5. selected plans;

5.1.6. information about the fact of use of the Service;

5.2. The Operator does not use for advertising mailings the photos uploaded by the User, facial images, final PDF/JPG/ZIP files, bank card payment data, or the content of support requests.

5.3. Personal data are processed for the purposes of advertising mailings in accordance with the SelfieDoc Personal Data Processing Policy.

6.1. This Consent is valid from the moment it is given by the User until it is withdrawn by the User or until the Operator terminates the relevant mailing.

6.2. The fact that the Consent has been given may be recorded by the Operator with an indication of:

6.2.1. the date and time the Consent was given;

6.2.2. the version of the Consent;

6.2.3. the IP address;

6.2.4. User-Agent;

6.2.5. the account or order identifier;

6.2.6. the channel through which the Consent was given;

6.2.7. other technical information necessary to confirm the fact that the Consent was given.

6.3. The Operator may store information about the Consent given and its withdrawal for the period necessary to confirm the lawfulness of sending messages and to protect the Operator’s rights.

7.1. The User may opt out of receiving advertising and informational messages at any time.

7.2. The User may opt out of mailings in one of the following ways:

After opting out of mailings, the User may continue to receive service and transactional messages necessary for the operation of the Service and the performance of the agreement, including sign-in and access recovery links, notifications about an order, payment, readiness of the result, a download link, a refund, and support messages.

8.1. This Consent applies only to advertising and informational messages that are not necessary for the performance of the agreement with the User.

8.2. Advertising and informational messages include, in particular:

8.2.1. promotions;

8.2.2. discounts;

8.2.3. promo codes;

8.2.4. repeat offers;

8.2.5. offers of additional services;

8.2.6. notifications about new products and features;

8.2.7. other messages aimed at attracting attention to the Service, creating or maintaining interest in it, and promoting it.

8.3. Service and transactional messages include:

8.3.1. sign-in, password recovery and authorization links;

8.3.2. confirmation of registration;

8.3.3. notifications about the status of an order;

8.3.4. notifications about the need to make a payment;

8.3.5. notifications about successful payment;

8.3.6. cash receipts and payment notifications;

8.3.7. links to download the result;

8.3.8. notifications about the retention period of the result;

8.4. Withdrawal of this Consent does not terminate the sending of service and transactional messages.

9.2.2. SMS providers;

9.2.3. messenger mailing services;

9.2.4. push notification services;

9.2.5. CRM systems;

9.2.6. analytics and marketing automation services;

9.2.7. other technical contractors that provide message mailing.

9.3. Only the data necessary for sending messages, recording delivery, processing opt-outs, and complying with the requirements of legislation are transferred to third parties.

9.4. The Operator does not transfer to third parties for advertising mailings the photos uploaded by the User, facial images, final files, or bank card payment data.

10.1. By giving this Consent, the User confirms that the User:

10.1.1. is acting freely, of the User’s own will and in the User’s own interest;

10.1.2. has read this Consent;

10.1.3. understands that the Consent is voluntary;

10.1.4. understands that refusing the Consent does not prevent the use of the Service;

10.1.5. understands what messages may be sent;

10.1.6. understands through which channels messages may be sent;

10.1.7. understands that the User may opt out of advertising and informational messages at any time;

10.1.8. agrees to the processing of the personal data specified in this Consent for the purposes of sending advertising and informational messages.

11.1. This Consent is given by the User by performing one or more of the following actions:
